Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the continental United States. We cannot ship to Hawaii and Puerto Rico at this time.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, all merchandise such as a massage bed or facial unit must be returned in its original box with original packing materials and must be packed in such a manner that it will not incur damages in return transit.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damages to returned products are the sole responsibility of the customer and such damage claims are between the carrier and customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom orders CANNOT be returned for any reason whatsoever. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges will be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds

Refunds-Credits will be given within 7 days from the original date of purchase. All credits or refunds are given in a form of an in-house credit only. Exchanges will be made within 30 days from the original purchase date.

All returns must be approved by Spa Equipment Direct, Inc. before they are returned and must be accompanied by an RA# number.

All returned products will incur a 30 percent restocking/reconditioning fee.

All refunds issued will be less shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@coopala.com.
